no. it doesn't.
i can assure you that is not an orange, maybe a chinese copy. ways to tell: no angular downtube, there should be a 6-8 digit code on the bb, there should be an 'orange' stamp near the headtube. i don't know what that is, but if you paid for an orange, return it.

thats a point actually, i hadn't thought of that! i really do need a new one. thanks for the comment :) i like the fact that even in this economy they make them in halifax and havn't outsourced to the east. when my current patriot dies, i will most likely be replacing it with a new one.
